This is the excess carbohydrates / drain hose.

It fits into any office and should hang in the air. Do not get it, cuz if the image in the kickstart could be caught. Poke behind the oil filler cap for security.

It was similar to that in 83 Honda. This was for a fuel leak from a container every time you open you allow the screw to the drain valve carburetor. The location of oil drain is now clear that you can understand what it means for the tube. Good luck

It appears from the bottom of the carburetor.

It seems a sort of drainage and should be left in place.
